I thought Amazon paid you a small amount if people clicked on the link you provide. I clicked on the Europe link for Cold Commands and got an "unavailable" at Amazon. But it was choice No 2 at Amazon. Choice No 1 for Cold Commands is available for pre-order. Also, you didn't provide an Amazon link for the U.S. And it's there, also available for pre-order. Just wondering...
